All education sessions during the Summit 25 will be held at the Lost Pines Resort in Cedar Creek, TX.

OMA has a discounted group rate of $319 + $25 Resort Fee per night + tax per night.
The group rate is available until September 8th or until the group block is full.
After the block is full or the rate is no longer available, rooms may still be available but at the hotel’s prevailing rate.
The group block includes standard hotel rooms. If you are looking for a suite or other type of room, please go the hotel’s main website to check availability and pricing.

Resort Tips

A credit card is required at time of booking.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to arrival will be forfeit a 1-night deposit to the card on file with the reservation.
Upon arrival, you will receive a resort map and additional directions on where to find your room.
There are multiple outdoor areas with seating and options to have relaxing conversations.
Take some time to explore and orient yourself to your surroundings when you arrive.

If your flight arrives after 8:00 pm, we recommend calling the hotel at 512-308-1234 to notify them of your late arrival or add this detail to your online reservation.

Crooked River Waterpark: lazy river, waterslide, activity pool (volleyball included), adult only pool (18+), separate kiddie pool & splash pad. Pool chairs, sun shades, umbrellas and towels are also provided
Visit our Lost Pines Corral and meet our mascots: longhorns, ponies, pigs, donkeys, alpacas, goats and a Highland cow
Lost Pines Golf Club facilities: bag storage, driving range, chipping and putting green

Ground Transportation

Anticipate at least a 30 minute commute between Hyatt Regency Lost Pines and the Austin, TX Airport.
Taxis and ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are available.
For Uber/Lyft pickup at the airport, follow signs as you leave baggage claim. There is sheltered pickup area is across both road.
Pickup at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines has limited availability leaving the resort. We recommend scheduling a car service at least 24 hours in advance is recommended.
If you do not want to pre-schedule your return trip through Uber/Lyft, the hotel has a transportation request form at the front desk. The hotel concierge can assist in coordinating your return trip to the airport.

Self parking is $25/night
Valet parking is $45/night.

OMA follows the health and safety guidelines advised by local officials during this conference.
Should you find yourself not feeling well, please stay home, get tested or quarantine accordingly.
